With years of experience in developing and distributing electronically controlled solutions, our latest Control Unit offers a sophisticated means to manage the exhaust flaps of your vehicle via a mobile application, while also integrating with the factory controls.

For vehicles equipped with factory valved exhaust systems, the "original mode" feature facilitates a seamless return to the default exhaust settings with a single click. This functionality underscores our commitment to retaining the original essence of the vehicle while providing advanced control options.

The Active Valve Control system allows users to define specific speed or RPM ranges during which the exhaust valve can automatically open or close. This capability permits drivers to tailor the exhaust sound experience according to their preferences, enhancing versatility in both performance and comfort. Furthermore, users can establish a designated RPM threshold for automatic valve opening, referred to as "safety opening," ensuring optimal engine care.

Additionally, users can configure multiple profiles with varying speed and RPM conditions for exhaust valve behavior, enabling effortless transitions between a subdued driving experience and a more aggressive sound profile reminiscent of classic roadsters.

Depending on the vehicle model, various mechanisms for profile changes are supported. Options may include integration with driving profiles linked to the vehicle’s alternator, ESP button, or Start & Stop Automatic button, offering convenience and flexibility.

The Active Valve Control system is compatible with an extensive range of premium manufacturers, including Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Range Rover, Volkswagen, and many others.
